3. Payment Details

Registration Amount:

₹21,000/- For 2BHK

₹31,000/- For 3BHK

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Online (Net Banking/Cards/UPI)

4. Refund Policy

Successful Allottees:

• Amount adjusted against total property cost
• Balance payment due within 30 days of allotment

Unsuccessful Applicants:

Full refund processed within 30 working days (by 30th July 2025)

Digital payments: Auto-credited to source account

Offline payments: Account payee cheque dispatched to registered address

5. Important Conditions

Refunds will be processed ONLY if:

• Application documents are verified authentic
• Single application submitted per family
• Payment made before deadline (30th May 2025)

No refund requests entertained:

• After submitting required documents for allotment
• For duplicate/multiple applications

6. Allotment Process

Computerized random selection under government supervision

Results available through:

7. Refund Timeline

Digital Payments: 30 to 45 working day
